As a third-Generation butcher and sausage maker I take pride in producing premium meats and sausages for my customers. My grandfather Donald Daniels started his meat market in Browerville MN, in 1963 featuring custom processing, wild game processing and naturally smoked meats. My Father carried on this tradition of quality meats and processing starting his own meat market in Miltona Minnesota in 1976.


My Father went on to win Several State and National awards for the delicious products he was creating. I worked in the that family business on a daily basis and developed a passion for Sausage making and meat cutting at an early age. Now I have decided to carry on this legacy and start my own meat market in Bozeman.


Daniels Gourmet Meats aims to blend three generations of expertise and award-winning recipes. By pairing them with local and regional premium meats, we strive to produce the most delicious meats and sausages for our customers.
