INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Season Turkey with Daniels Gourmet House Seasoning or Smokey Hickory Rub
  3. Place turkey in a roasting pan
  4. Place turkey in oven. After 30 minutes, turn the oven down to 325
  5. Roast for a total of 13-15 minutes per pound, until it reaches an internal temperature of 160
  6. Allow turkey to rest 20-30 minutes before carving
