INGREDIENTS
- 3 Rack baby back ribs
- kosher salt to taste
- cracked black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel membrane from back side of the ribs and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 225℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.
- Cook meat side up for two hours. Flip ribs so the meat side is down and cook for an additional hour. Enjoy!
