Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of Package Delivery

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item or an item is missing, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective items are defined as the temperature is over 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Damaged items are defined as integrity of product is compromised, not necessarily from a perforated vacuum seal package. Refunds

Refunds are only granted if products arrive past three business days from shipment with meat products over 40 degree Fahrenheit upon package opening. Products that are delivered within 2 business days and with meat product temperatures over 40 degrees will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us at emarket@danielsgourmetmeats.com. In lieu of refunds, a replacement product can be expressed shipped within 24 hours of notification or on the next shipping business day if a holiday or weekend.
