Shipping policy

We ship weekly on Tuesdays using Next Day Shipping so products arrive safely. Orders placed after Monday 5pm will be shipped the following week. Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays are not considered business days.

Products are shipped vacuum sealed, frozen, with dry-ice in an insulated lined box to preserve freshness. Most dry-ice sublimates completely after 24 hours and it is normal for packages to arrive with empty bags where dry-ice was located. Handling dry-ice without skin protection is dangerous and will result in skin irritation and cold injuries. If dry ice is left in your package, handle it with care. Daniel's Gourmet Meats is not responsible for cold injuries from consumers handling our packages.
